Don’t create temporary mount points in “/tmp”

Yesterday, I did

mkdir /tmp/a

and then I proceeded to mount a file system there.

A short time later, I noticed that the systemd tmpfile cleanup process had agressively deleted a whole bunch of files from the mounted file system.

Fortunately, nothing serious was lost.  I have posted a bug report:
